Absolutely. We offer gentle, supportive sessions for seniors, as well as safe prenatal and postpartum Pilates. Every session is customized to your phase of life and physical needs.

Pilates is for all bodies—not just dancers or athletes. Whether you're recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, managing chronic pain, or just getting started with movement, Pilates can be tailored to meet you where you are.

At & Pilates, we work with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels—including seniors, beginners, and those transitioning from physical therapy. Every session is personalized to your needs, so you can move safely, confidently, and with purpose.

If you have a body, you can do Pilates.
And we’ll help you feel at home in it.

Nope. Pilates is for every body.

While it's often associated with women, Pilates was originally created by Joseph Pilates and used to train boxers, athletes, dancers, and even soldiers—regardless of gender.

At & Pilates, we welcome all bodies and identities. Our focus is on intelligent movement, not stereotypes. Whether you're here to recover, strengthen, or simply reconnect with your body, Pilates can be adapted to meet your needs.

No matter how you identify—if you have a body, you belong here.

We’ll talk about your goals, movement history, and any injuries or conditions we should know about. Then we’ll guide you through gentle, intentional movement—at your pace.

You can book directly through our online scheduler. If you’re not sure what session is right for you, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to guide you.

Not at all. We work with beginners every day. Sessions are fully tailored to your needs, experience, and comfort level.

Yes. We specialize in post-physical therapy care, injury-sensitive sessions, and movement for people with chronic conditions. Every session is modified to support your safety and healing.

If you’re recovering from a recent injury or surgery, we may recommend a quick check-in with your provider—but it’s not always required. We're happy to coordinate with your care team if needed.

Pilates is one of the most supportive ways to strengthen around pain or instability. We’ll make sure your movement is safe, effective, and never forced.

Comfortable, fitted clothing you can move in—like leggings, tanks, or tees. Grip socks are recommended.

Nope! Pilates is done barefoot or in grip socks for safety and alignment.

Just you, and maybe a water bottle. We provide all equipment and props.
